The George Hotel has recently benefitted from the addition of 50 rooms bringing the total to 250 rooms and suites, a figure which includes a variety of different types of room. There are standard rooms, superior rooms, deluxe rooms, superior deluxe rooms and suites to choose from, each offering different levels of luxury and space. Some of the rooms have views which look out at the city while each room has top class amenities and is modern in design and furnishing. The rooms are aubergine and taupe in colour and come complete with a whole host of facilities to help you relax during your stay.

Standard rooms: Single, double or twin rooms which are the smallest of the choices in the hotel.
Superior rooms: Single or double rooms with a king-sized bed. Superior rooms are more spacious than standard accommodation.
Deluxe rooms: Rooms offer upgraded bathroom amenities and are the largest type of guest room in the hotel.
Superior deluxe: Similar to deluxe rooms but with excellent views out over Edinburgh and up to the firth of forth.
Suites: The George has a luxurious 65 square metre suite known as the Stewart suite. It looks out at George Street and is particularly well-equipped and attractively furnished.
